  • Formulate goals and achieve them
  • Succesfully deal with short-term goals
  • Prioritize your to-do's for meaningful results

Illustrated with memorable anecdotes, Jane will take you through the importance of the written goal, how to create SMART goals, who to share those with and why. You'll also work through a series of exercises to flex your goal-setting muscle.

This workshop also includes exercises for developing long-term goals and mind-mapping skills in preparation for monthly and annual planning. You will:

  • Create a one-year goal
  • Structure your calendar year to reflect that purpose by using mind maps
  • Commit to a long-term goal and establish the map to its achievement
