On April 13th 2001 Jane appeared live on The Today Show. The segment began with a two-minute video clip of Jane in her Connecticut studio creating an egg in the Ukrainian tradition using wax and dyes. Then, Ann Curry interviewed Jane in Studio 1A. Ann admired Jane's traditional Ukrainian Easter eggs as well as the patchwork quilt designs which are Jane's major contribution to the art form. They also talked about Jane's porcelain egg collection and jewelry and the Volkswagen eggs.
Jane was recently interviewed by two media publications:
